Environmental and Social Impact Assessment Process<\/span>\n <\/p>\n

In case you intend to undertake a project on your land, please verify if it requires certification from a lead agency or the National Environment Management Authority.<\/span>\n <\/p>\n

1. Refer to Schedule 4 and 5 of the National Environment Act, Cap. 181 to check if your project requires an Environmental and Social Impact Assessment or a Project Brief.<\/strong><\/span>\n <\/p>\n
