<\/p>\n          <p>Every person shall have a right of access to environmental information relating to the implementation of the National Environment Act Cap. 181, subject to the Constitution and the Access to Information Act, 2005.<\/p>\n          <p id=\"isPasted\">National Environment Management Authority (NEMA) works in collaboration with the Ministry responsible for education, to ensure that
