Lakeshore and Riverbank User Permit<\/span>\n            <\/p>\n            <p><span style=\"font-size: 1.2307692307692308rem;\">Steps for applying for a lakeshore and riverbank user permit.<\/span>\n            <\/p>\n            <ul>\n              <li style=\"font-size: 1.23077rem;\">Develop Brief detailing the scope project. (Include photo of the current site, name, and purpose of the project)<\/li>\n              <li style=\"font-size: 1.23077rem;\">Download the National Environment (Wetlands, River Banks and Lake Shores Management) Regulations, 2000 from NEMA website and obtain Form A found in the First Schedule of the regulation. &nbsp;<\/li>\n              <li style=\"font-size: 1.23077rem;\">Print and fill in the Form A.<\/li>\n              <li style=\"font-size: 1.23077rem;\">Take the filled Form A and Project Brief to the LC.1 of the area where the project is located for approval.<\/li>\n              <li style=\"font-size: 1.23077rem;\">Take the approved files to the Environment Impact Assessment office in your city authority, district, municipality, or town council for approval.<\/li>\n            <\/ul>\n            <p><span style=\"font-weight: 700;\">2.
