Environmental Information and Literacy
Every person shall have a right of access to environmental information relating to the implementation of the National Environment Act Cap. 181, subject to the Constitution and the Access to Information Act, 2005.
National Environment Management Authority (NEMA) works in collaboration with the Ministry responsible for education, to ensure that environmental and sustainable development concerns are integrated into the national education system, including academic and non-academic programmes.
