3. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee as in table above through URA by downloading a payment Registration Number on the URA Portal.
The deadline for bid submission shall be at 10:00am on March 18, 2026.
